In-person & Virtual: Choose between sessions at our location at Lakewood Medical Center in  Winnipeg or secure video sessions from your own private space.

  • 50-Minute Sessions: The standard therapeutic session provides dedicated space for both exploration and grounding.

  • 30-Minute Sessions: Ideal if you’ve been in counselling for a while and want a focused check‑in when a 50-minute session feels too long.

  • Flexible Frequency: We co-create a schedule—weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed—that genuinely supports your pace and lifestyle.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy
